The Constructing Futures Program is a certificate of Completion, internship, pre- apprenticeship, and employer-led tertiary training initiative. It is designed to equip Youth with hands-on skills in Industry Specific and Related Industry Trainings, Professional Development Workshops, Policy and state Collaboration, Employability Skills Trainings, Information Technology (IT) and Software Training. The Constructing Futures Programs and other offered programs provide multiple training pathways that empower participants to achieve educational attainment, college and career readiness, and self-sufficiency through the training and skills they acquire.

A Safe House's mission is to provide assistance, guidance, and tools to create a pathway for positive economic contributions and self-sufficiency for youth and individuals.
About the Program
Our ARILS's Program is one of A Safe House's workforce engagement efforts for adults that meets them where they are and empowers them with the skills and resources they need to build a stable workforce or career pathway, acquire stable housing opportunities, provide health navigation, and support the education and workforce industries of tomorrow.
Through multiple training programs, hands-on experiences, career development, supportive services, and mentorship, we help participants achieve IMMEDIATE WORK CAREER READINESS with access to real-world workforce and career experience with professionals and opportunities!
